Soft skills are your personal ability how you represent yourself and your work in front other people, the way you manage people working with you. your soft skills help you in developing your personality.
Your soft skills play a very important role in your life, these are deciding factors which help you in getting your dream job or promotion in your job. Teaching soft skill is very a difficult task. We try to make a short guide, which will help you in learning or improve these skills.
It composes different skills in soft skills which are mainly divided into two important kinds-
These are those skills which we developed to manage our emotions and reactions. Such as emotion-control, stress-management, self-confident etc.
Everyone knows that our emotions can affect our decisions and productivity. This is one of the most important skills who you control your emotions and how you don’t let them affect your work:

2. Stress management:-
Stress simply means any physical, or emotional factor that causes bodily or mental unrest. There could be many reasons for stress in your life but one thing that is common in stress is that it will never let you make any progress. Here some tip to reduce stress in your life:
- Get more sleep
- Talking to someone about how you feel can be helpful
- Say no extra work finish your remaining work. Don’t take extra burden on yourself
- Avoid Caffeine, Alcohol, and Nicotine. These things can increase your stress level.
Confidence is the first thing that decides whether you’re going to succeed or not in any particular field. People with lack of confidence will never be going to have success in their lives. These are few tips which help you can get self-confidence:
- Prepare your journey or map of what you’re going to do.
- Think about you have already achieved in past
- Think about your strengths or your strong points in that field or task

1. Communication skill:
Communication skill is the most basic and important soft skill. One must be able to express his/her thoughts and ideas easily and efficiently to others whether it’s through the oral medium or in written form. Your communication must be effective. Here are some methods in which you can improve your communication skill:
- Master your communication language(such as English, French, Chinese, Hindi, etc)
- Be aware of body moment while talking with someone
- Make eye contact and acknowledge everyone’s presence in the room
- Improve your writing skills
